Using the screws and anchors supplied attach the controls mounting plate to the receptacle
adapter and the wall as shown in Figure 5.
Figure 5 shows a typical mounting installation using the duplex receptacle adapter.
Position the control on it's mounting plate and secure with the screws supplied as shown in
Figure 6.
Install the cover.
