1. Introduction

The POL-200-TS is a compact, graphic and intuitive hand-held tool (dimensions are 177mm x
97mm x 44mm) assists:
Installer in commissioning and testing Notifier or Morley field loops before the configuring of
the panel can start.
Maintainer in the diagnosis and verification of the state of the installation and the connected
field equipment, verifying the wiring map to detect the possible changes made over time.
The six internal, 2500mA NiMH, rechargeable batteries provides the installer with sufficient
capacity, up to 6 hours depending on the loop load.
POL-200-TS is designed to be used only by trained personnel in order to properly interpretation
the information read.
Please note that POL-200-TS is a device designed to help you check the quality of the line and
signal in your installation. POL-200-TS is not a fire protection equipment, it only provides the
necessary information of support for the identification and solution of faults to a qualified
technician.
