2-3-4. Alarm OUT Operation Check

1. Click the Alarm output1 [Check] button on the check
window.
2. Check that LED1 for alarm on the alarm and serial IF
tool board is lit.
LED2 for alarm
3. Check that "Finish" is displayed on the right side of
the Alarm output1 [Check] button.
4. Click the Alarm stop [Stop] button on the check
window.
5. Check that LED1 on the alarm and serial IF tool board
is turned off.
6. Check that "Finish" is displayed on the right side of
the Alarm stop [Stop] button.

When the LED for alarm of the alarm and serial IF tool
board is lit, Q901 on the CN-2861 board is turned on to
operate the RY901 switch. Therefore, check that the base
of Q901 is L and collector is H. If not, replace Q901 or the
peripheral defective parts.

2-3-5. Audio IN/OUT Operation Check

1. Input the audio signal (6 mV p-p, 1 kHz) in the MIC
IN terminal of this unit.
2. Click the AUDIO (IN, OUT) [Check] button on the
check window.
3. Check that the audio signal is output from the AUDIO
OUT terminal of this unit.
Spec: Approx. 0.6 V p-p
4. Check that "Finish" is displayed on the right side of
the AUDIO (IN, OUT) Check button.

If the waveform is not within the specification, check the
following items.
. MIC jack to 19 and 20 pins of IC402
. 12 and 13 pins of IC402 to AUDIO OUT
. IC402 peripheral parts and signal line
Check the above items and replace the defective parts.
