Mounting S7800B in Wall or Panel Cutout (Fig. 4)
1. Make sure that the location chosen is clear of
obstructions behind the wall or panel.
2. Place the back of the S7800B on the wall or panel at
the selected location and use it as a stencil to outline
the area to be cut out.
3. Cut the opening for the S7800B.
4. Place the S7800B in the opening and mark the
locations for the four mounting screws using the outer
four mounting holes.
5. Use a 3/16 in. (5 mm) drill bit to drill the four starter
holes for the plastic screw anchors or a 3/32 in. (2.5
mm) bit for holes in a metal panel.
6. Install the four plastic screw anchors in the starter holes
(wall mount).
7. Wire according to wiring instructions in Wiring section.
8. Mount the S7800B in the wall or panel using the screws
provided.
9. Replace the trim ring.
10. Restore power to the system.
