Hold... Slide HOLD switch to activate.
You cannot operate the linear PCM recorder because the HOLD switch is set to "ON."
(However, you can control the linear PCM recorder with the supplied remote control.) To
operate the linear PCM recorder, set the HOLD switch to "OFF."

Low battery level
The remaining battery power is low. You cannot delete a file or format the memory, or
perform other operations. Replace the batteries with new ones, or connect the AC adaptor
to the linear PCM recorder.

Memory Card error
Insert the memory card again. If this message appears again, the memory card may have
a problem. In this case, restore the memory card using a computer and save a backup
copy of your data to a computer, then format the memory card using the formatting
function in the menu of the linear PCM recorder.

An incompatible memory card is inserted. Use a memory card that is compatible with the
