Cannot start recording.
The INPUT switch is in the wrong position.
Set it to the "MIC" (microphones) position when using the built-in microphones or an
external microphone to input audio for recording. Set it to the "LINE" position when
external equipment is connected for recording.
If a recording starts and no playback sounds are heard, the recording volume may be
too small.
Turn the REC LEVEL dial to adjust the volume.
You cannot record on folders managed under "
The memory is full, or the maximum number of files have already been recorded.
Delete some of the files or store the files on the hard disk of your computer, and then
delete them from the linear PCM recorder.
You can also use a memory card that has sufficient free space.
199 files have already been recorded in the selected folder and you cannot record any
more files.
Select another folder or delete some of the files.
The inserted memory card is write-protected.
Release the write-protect.
Check the "Plug In Power" setting in the Settings menu when using an external
microphone.
