[3] -3. Armature
DISASSEMBLY
1) Separate Handle cover from Motor housing by unscrewing three binds 4x20 Tapping screws. And disconnect Carbon
brush from Armature's Commutator. (Fig. 19)
2) Remove Gear housing and Cam housing from Motor housing by unscrewing three 4x25 tapping screws. Armature comes
out together with Cam housing as illustrated in Fig. 20.
3) Remove Armature from Cam housing. (Fig. 21)

with 1R045 to which 1R346 is attached.

Do the reverse of Disassembling steps.
bind 4x20 Tapping
screw: 3 pcs.
Handle cover
Carbon brush
Note: Ring 8 will always be damaged when Ball bearing 608DDW
is removed.
Be sure to replace damaged Ring 8 with new one when reassembling.
