About the Energy Saving Monitor

You can check the electricity consumption status and energy saving achievement level etc.

Note The operation is available when the D Series Measurement Box is used.

Use this after checking whether each device has been connected or not.
●
Only the main electric power can be measured.
●
The water consumption volume can be measured if a pulse transmitting flow meter (water
supply) is installed. (Check with the management company or installer for details.)
●
The gas consumption volume can be measured if a gas meter with a pulse transmitter is
installed. (Check with the management company or installer for details.)
● If the time is not set correctly, the measured data cannot be obtained or displayed correctly.
(The time can be set with the lobby phone, building manager room base unit, or integrated
control panel. ( Page 11))

If the lobby phone, building manager room base unit, or integrated control panel is not
connected, the system cannot be used in a residential connection system in which the time
cannot be set.
●
Based on the data of the measured power, water and gas consumption volume, the consumed
volume and the estimated charges are displayed to show the energy saving effect in an intuitive
manner. Since these are estimated values, they may not tally with the consumed volume and
amount indicated in the invoice from the power company, water utility, or gas company and so
on. (The measurement accuracy of the power consumption volume is ±5％.) Note in advance
that the difference in the amount will not be guaranteed. In addition, if the tariff setting deviates
greatly from the subscription details of the power company, water utility, or gas company and so
on, a large difference in the actual amount from the estimated charges will result. Set the
charges as close to the tariff plan of your subscription as possible. (

Viewing the Energy Saving Monitor Screen

You can check the current electricity consumption status at a single glance.
There are 3 types of screens available - bubble display, simple display, and penguin display.
