● TALK button lights up in yellow.
● Calls with the unit entrance will be enabled
on the spot. Call tone does not sound.

● The conversation will end automatically in
approximately 1 minute from the start of
the call .
● The conversation time can be extended.

Calling the Building Manager Room

(For base unit/call sub-base unit with monitor)
For the condominium that supports the manager call function (calling the building manager
room from a unit), it is enabled to call the building manager room.
Note
The call sub-base unit is not compatible with calling the building manager room.

● Calls the building manager room.
●
Note Depending on the equipment and operating
configuration of the condominium you are living
in, the call destination description differs.
● For the call sub-base unit with monitor, "Other
Unit", "Message" will not appear.

Talk once the building manager
room answers
● The conversation will end automatically
in approximately 4 minutes from
the start of the call.
● The conversation time can be
extended. ( Page 33)
Note Residence distribution board with overcurrent
alarm (data output type) If the busy tone (beep)
sounds and the message "The line is busy.
Please try again later." appears when calling
the building manager room from the base unit
or sub-base unit with a monitor, it means that
the building manager room is in middle of a
call. Wait for a while before calling again.
