10.1 - Battery Icon Descriptions

The battery icon displays as an internal charging symbol when the MVCI is powered by an external power source.
NOTE: The MVCI battery charger employs a temperature-controlled charging algorithm. It is
normal to display battery charging animation when the MVCI is powered by an external power
source, even if the batteries are fully charged.
Battery Charging Animation
The MVCI is charging the batteries.
Charged Battery Icon
The charge cycle is completed.
Battery Idle Symbol
Appears when the MVCI is powered by the external adapter
or the vehicle's power and the MVCI battery charger is
turned off because the internal temperature of the MVCI is
above 140°F (60°C).
No Internal Battery Symbol
If the MVCI is plugged into a vehicle or using the external
adapter, but does not have internal batteries installed, the
battery icon has an 'X' on it.
Vehicle's 12V Battery State-of-charge
If the MVCI is plugged into a vehicle or using the external
adapter, the battery icon shows a relative state-of-charge
for the vehicle's 12V battery.
