Requesting repairs
Before requesting a repair, please check the questions on page 86 determine
whether there is a malfunction. If something still seems to be wrong....
① Cancel the operation, and make absolutely sure that the water supply supply is off;
then pull out the power plug or drop the dedicated breaker. Consult the dealer where
you bought the appliance, or our service center.
② Before calling, please be ready to provide the model name, product number,
manufacture number and date of purchase found on page 97 of the guarantee, and
prepare to describe the problem to the dealer or the service center in as much detail
as possible (power is not being fed into the appliance, error message is given; etc.).
※ The product guarantee commits us to effect a repair according to the terms
described within the period stated. It does not affect your statutory rights. Please
contact your dealer or the service center with regard to any questions or concerns
about repairs after the guarantee has expired.

Functional replacement parts

We have a cut-off period of 5 years for functional replacement parts after end of
production.
Functional replacement parts are parts necessary to maintain the function of the
appliance.

Calculation of repair charges
