■ Preventing leakage

Simple checks to prevent leakage.
Use low-foaming detergent. If there is too much foam, it fills up the drum clogs up the
drum and flows back into the insert tray, which is a cause of water overflow.
Select detergent that marked as formatted for drum-type machines.
Always use the measuring cup when adding detergent, and measure the appropriate
amount.
Take care that undissolved detergent does not remain in the insert tray. Putting in too
much detergent is a cause of over-foaming.
Be aware that using too much bleach will cause over-foaming
Ensure that water is not dripping from the inflow tap or from the outflow hose at the
connection point, and that there is counterflow due to clogging of the outflow hose.
When washing, check from time to time that there are no drops of water at the
connection points of the inflow and outflow hoses, or on the floor. If there is leaking,
tighten the water tap and contact our service center.
Take care to attach the filter properly. If the filter is not securely closed, water may leak
out through the gap.
Detergent residue or foreign objects caught between the glass door and the backing
may cause the backing to tear when the machine is washing, and cause leakage.
