Miscellaneous Bar Code Reader Options

This section contains miscellaneous bar code engine programming codes.

Prefix / Suffix Values

A prefix and/or one or two suffixes can be appended to scan data for use in data editing. To set a value for a prefix or suffix,
scan a prefix or suffix bar code below, then scan a four-digit number (i.e., four bar codes from
Symbols that corresponds to that value.
See the "ASCII Value" column in
selection, scan Cancel on "Imager Keypad Number Symbols".
Default =
• SSI Prefix Value = <CR>
• SSI Suffix 1 Value = <CR>
• SSI Suffix 2 Value = <CR>
