Cleaning the Tracker and Holder

2 Activate firmware download mode on the tracker by pressing both the power
and Bluetooth buttons at the same time - hold for 5 seconds. The battery
LED will flash red, green, and blue continuously.

3 Connect the tracker to the PC using the supplied USB cable.
4 Click the Choose button to select the firmware upgrade file.
5 Click the Upgrade button to start the firmware upgrade.
6 After the upgrade, reset the tracker by pressing the power button for >10
seconds (until the LEDs turn off) then release.
7 Turn the tracker on by pressing the power button for 2 seconds. The tracker
is reset.
The tracker and holder may be cleaned with a soft cloth or tissue dampened
with water (or a mild detergent-water solution). If a detergent solution is used,
rinse with a clean tissue dampened with water only.
Only clean the pogo contacts with alcohol and a soft cloth. This prevents
unwanted residue from forming on the contacts, ensuring a reliable connection.
Do not use abrasive wipes or tissues on the tracker and holder casing -
abrasive wipes may scratch the casing. Never use solvents (such as
acetone) on the casing - solvents may damage the casing.
Do not submerge the holder in water. The holder is not waterproof.
The battery is user replaceable. You must order a battery replacement kit which
includes:
Replacement battery
Rubber seal
Screws (x7)
Bluetooth
