In the cases where a subscriber has subscribed to always restrict the Caller ID by default, it is possible to

allow Caller ID on a per call basis, by dialling 1470 followed by the target number.

configured on your phones, please contact customer services on 191 from a Vodafone phone.

Behaviour

Personal call pickup is used to pick up a ring call that belongs to the same user

and can be used to answer a call ringing on the user's mobile on their desk phone

Any call pickup is used to pick up the longest ringing call from a Pickup group.

Specific call pickup is used to pickup a specific call from a Pickup group.
