  • Page 4 Display (If disabled): Rejected The Cell Station (CS) may not be connected or not working. After connecting the CS or resetting the PBX, wait for at least one minute and try again from the beginning. (With a PS) Press the POWER button for a while (about 5 seconds). Press the FUNCTION button.

    2.0 Site survey Assigning the Cell Station ID Number to the PS Keep pressing until following message will be displayed. Display: FUNCTION (0-4)? Press • When the Cell Station ID Number is assigned, it is displayed on the bottom line. Display example: CS-ID SET CS NO.(0-7)? Enter the Cell Station number (0 through 7).
  • Page 8 Note • To return to the previous display, press Deleting the assigned Cell Station ID Number on the PS Keep pressing until following message will be displayed. Display: FUNCTION (0-4)? Press Display example: CS-ID CLEAR CS NO.(0-7)? (#=ALL CLEAR) Enter the Cell Station number (0 through 7). Display example: CS-ID CLEAR CS NO.(0-7)? 0 (#=ALL CLEAR)
  • Page 9 Unplugging the Cable from the Cell Station After assigning the Cell Station ID number to the PS, unplug the cable from the Cell Station once. DIP-Switch Setting After unplugging the Cell Station once, set the DIP-Switch as follows. Switch the Radio Signal Test Switch from OFF to ON. Set the Channel Number Switches as desired.
  • Page 10 Note • To see the signal strength of more than one Cell Station, the channel for each Cell Station needs to be set. • Up to eight Cell Stations can be surveyed at the same time. If more than one Cell Station is in Radio Signal Test mode, each DIP-Switch channel must be different.
