After connecting the CS or resetting the PBX, wait for at least one minute and try again from the beginning. (With a PS) Press the POWER button for a while (about 5 seconds). Press the FUNCTION button.

2.0 Site survey Assigning the Cell Station ID Number to the PS Keep pressing until following message will be displayed. Display: FUNCTION (0-4)? Press • When the Cell Station ID Number is assigned, it is displayed on the bottom line. Display example: CS-ID SET CS NO.(0-7)? Enter the Cell Station number (0 through 7). - Page 8 Note • To return to the previous display, press Deleting the assigned Cell Station ID Number on the PS Keep pressing until following message will be displayed. Display: FUNCTION (0-4)? Press Display example: CS-ID CLEAR CS NO.(0-7)? (#=ALL CLEAR) Enter the Cell Station number (0 through 7). Display example: CS-ID CLEAR CS NO.(0-7)? 0 (#=ALL CLEAR)
- Page 9 Unplugging the Cable from the Cell Station After assigning the Cell Station ID number to the PS, unplug the cable from the Cell Station once. DIP-Switch Setting After unplugging the Cell Station once, set the DIP-Switch as follows. Switch the Radio Signal Test Switch from OFF to ON. Set the Channel Number Switches as desired.
- Page 10 Note • To see the signal strength of more than one Cell Station, the channel for each Cell Station needs to be set. • Up to eight Cell Stations can be surveyed at the same time. If more than one Cell Station is in Radio Signal Test mode, each DIP-Switch channel must be different.
