• Enter your ZIP code. You can enter your zip code to receive news,
weather, and TV programming information for your local area.
• Install Computer Software. Next, you are prompted to use the
installation CD (included with your Digital Entertainer Elite) on the
computer where you store your media files. Follow the prompts in
to complete the setup of your Digital Entertainer Elite.
• Scan for shared content. Your Digital Entertainer Elite will scan
your network for shared folders. Alternately, you can enter the
name of a network workgroup to be scanned.
• Data location. Specify a writeable server location where your
media library and other persistent data files can be stored.

Supervisor Functions Menu Screen

To go to the Supervisor Functions screen, press
More > Supervisor functions. The Supervisor Functions menu screen
offers these options:
• Setup wizard. Enter or change the settings for the Digital
Entertainer Elite.
• Advanced settings. See
• Full scan for media files. Rebuild the media library. This replaces
current media files and adds newfound media files. A full scan
takes significant time, depending on the number of files you have
designated for sharing.
• Scan for USB attached media. Check for media devices such as
an iPod or MP3 player that are connected to the Digital Entertainer
Elite.
