36. Using isopropyl alcohol on a shop towel, clean the
vehicle bracket where the urethane tape will attach.
Attach the urethane tape to the vehicle bracket.

37. Route the engine starter harness ground terminal.

38. Remove and discard the vehicle bolt near the
parking brake lever, install the engine starter
harness ground terminal with the ground bolt
supplied in this kit.
39. Loosely secure the engine starter harness to the
vehicle harness with two wire ties.
