INSTALLING THE ENGINE
5. Install:
Crankcase mounting bolt
●
Tighten all bolts in 2∼3 steps and be sure to
tighten in numbered order as shown.
6. Install:
Engine bracket

INSTALLING THE PISTON RING AND PISTON

1. Install:
Piston ring
●
Align the piston ring mark
gap with the pin
ring, check for smooth movement.
CAUTION:
Take care not to scratch the piston or damage
the piston ring.
2. Install:
Small end bearing
●
Apply the engine oil onto the small end and
big end bearings.
