Secton 3 - Configuraton

The installed hard disk can be reformatted using the

Format Disk menu in the web manager. To format click

on the Confirm button. A dialog box warns that all data

on the disk will be erased, be sure you want to format the

disk. To proceed click the OK button, to cancel the format

request click the Cancel button or close the dialog box.

The format might take several minutes depending on the

capacity of the hard disk. Disks are formatted with the

Microsoft disk file format NTFS.

To perform a standard Scan Disk check for errors on the

hard disk, click the Scan Disk button. Any errors found

will be listed along with a description and the available

repair options.
