Fault Description
ASD Type Error.
Autotune Active.
Autotuning Error Except Etn1, Etn2, or
Etn3.
Autotuning Error — Leak Inductance Error. • Improper setting at F412.
Autotuning Error — Motor Rating Error.
No Error.
Autotuning Error — Torque Boost Error.
Possible Cause
• Firmware information (typeform) loaded into the
Application Board is inconsistent with the
typeform information loaded into the Motor
Control Board.
• Application Board or Motor Control Board is
defective.
• Autotune readings are inconsistent with the
configuration information.
• Non-3-phase motor is being used.
• Improper settings at F400
• Using a motor that has a significantly smaller
rating than the ASD.
• ASD output cabling is too small, too long, or is
being housed in a cable tray with other cables
that are producing an interfering EMF.
• Motor is running during the Autotune function.
• Improper setting at F405, F406, or F407.
• Improper setting at F410.
