Managing Passwords

The passwords associated with your NAC 800 installation are listed in the
following table:
NAC 800 Set during
password
NAC 800 Initial install process *
Management or

NAC 800 database Initial install process *

administrator
account
endpoint / domain Manually entered on the endpoint by the
administrator end-user.
If the end-user has not defined a login/
password combination, the default login is
usually "administrator" with a blank
password.
Known passwords are entered on the
System
configuration>>Windows>>Agentless
credentials window to allow NAC 800 to test
the endpoint.
Windows domain Manually entered after installation on the
System
configuration>>Quarantining>>802.1x
Quarantine method radio button window.
OpenLDAP Manually entered after installation on the
System
configuration>>Quarantining>>802.1x
Quarantine method radio button window.
