The serviceName parameters can be the registry name or the display name. For example, TlntSvr or Telnet
can be used to identify the Telnet service.
For performance reasons, it is important to use the same case when specifying the same service name in
multiple calls. Even though the windows process table is not case-sensitive, the test result cache is case-
sensitive.
