Notes on Connection
¢ Turn off the power to each unit before
making connections. Connect the AC
power cord tast. For the model supplied
with a plug adaptor, use it if the plug of
the power cord does not match your AC
outlet.
¢ Be sure to insert the plugs firmly into the
jacks. Loose connections may cause hum
or noise.
* Leave a little slack in the connecting cord

When using the LINE OUT jacks
There are two ways of connecting the LINE
OUT:
FIXED: The output level is fixed.
VARIABLE: The output level can be
adjusted with the LINE OUT/PHONE
LEVEL control (or with the LINE OUT
LEVEL +/- button on the remote
commander RM-DX100.)
Notes on VARIABLE LINE OUT
* Connect your system to the VARIABLE output
when using the Level File function.
¢ If the LINE OUT/PHONE LEVEL control (or the
LINE OUT LEVEL +/- button on the remote
commander RM-DX100) is adjusted while
recording, the recording level will change even
when it is oreset on the tane deck.
