7 Press FILE.
The disc memo for the current disc is
Stored. Repeat steps 2 to 7 to assign a
name for another disc.
To rename the memo title you have
assigned
~ Before pressing FILE in step 7 above:
Pressi4<4/>>i, to locate the character you
want to change. Then rotate the JOG dial
to change the character and press
ENTER.
To change a character to a space. press
14<> 1 to locate the character you want
to change into a space and press
CLEAR.
- After pressing FILE in step 7 above:
Repeat steps 3 to 7,
You can also assign or modify the current
disc's memo while the disc is set to the
playing position. Follow steps 3 to 7.

1 Press UNLOAD to turn on the
indicator, then select the disc
containing the disc memo you want
to clear.
2 Press MEMO INPUT (fig. ES).
The initial letter of the disc memo
flashes.
3 Press ERASE white the initial letter of
the memo is flashing.
"FILE ERASE" appears and the display
shows the original disc number (*DISC-
1, 2 etc. *),
