An AMC2-16IOE provides signals only to the AMC2 to which it is connected. Signal transfer to
another AMC2 is not possible.

The AMC2-4R4 communicates with the host system primarily by ethernet. In special
configurations the RS-485 interface can also be used for the host connection.
