The columns in the Archive List can be clicked to change the sorting of the current list of items. The arrow on the column heading indicates whether it is in
ascending or descending order.

Archive Screen buttons and controls

DELETE SELECTED
• Prompts to delete the currently selected archive items on the current page.
DELETE ALL
• Prompts to delete all archive items from the system.
PREV PAGE
• Go back and view the previous page of thumbnails.
NEXT PAGE
• Go forward and view the next page of thumbnails.
PAGE X OF Y
• Display page number X out of a total of Y archive pages.
ITEMS PER PAGE
• Changes the number of archive items displayed per page.
DELETE (column heading)
• Places a check mark next to each archive item on the current page.
