Remedies
• Make sure that there is sufficient illumination of the scene.
• Make sure that the camera lens is not blocked.
• Check that the video lamp is illuminated green (on the system controller front panel) when the camera is
selected in the live video window. If the lamp is red, adjust the orientation of the camera's antenna (or move the
camera closer to the system controller) until the lamp turns green.
• Check the camera's properties panel settings. Make sure that the brightness and contrast settings are correct.
Make sure that you have the proper quiet period setting configured for the motion sensor (in the camera's properties
panel).
