RUN ... Join in the network, and the I/O operation is executed
STBY ... Join in the network, and the I/O operation is stopped
DOWN ... Down mode

NMI occurred due to unknown cause
NMI occurred due to an external WDT.
NMI occurred due to bus stall.
Occurrence of general exception
Error was detected by FROM's BCC check at initialization.
Error was detected by RAM check at initialization.
Error was detected by BCC check on the SRAM program area at
initialization or during operation.
A duplicated node number was detected at sign-up to the network.
An FL network sign-up failure was detected.
The node address switch has been incorrectly set. (0x00, 0xFF)
Disagreement of the FA link protocol version was detected.
An FA link protocol parameter was detected to be wrong. (Detection of
test operation only)
Ethernet setting (operation setting switch bits 1 and 2) was detected to
be faulty.
Setting of I/O configuration information (operation setting switch bits 3
and/or 4) was detected to be incorrect.
The information saved in FRAM does not match the actual mounting
status, I/O module status, type, number of I/O points. Or, the status is an
abnormal value.
