Reset warnings
ETHERNET main menu item:
Display showing the Ethernet configuration of the AnyBus module
(ETHERN.1) or - if inserted - of the "CC Ethernet 100 Mbit" module
(ETHERN.2).

DISPLAY main menu item:
Display test
The test always starts by driving all pixels. Afterwards, all available
characters can be scrolled through using the Y and B keys.
"ESC" leads back to the main menu.
TIME main menu item:
Display shows the timer's date and time.
"ESC" leads back to the main menu.
The timer's time and date are automatically synchronized with the
PC clock if BOS is active. Manual settings are not necessary.
Press the "Enter" key several times until the display shows "Quit".
