Motorola has set up several kits that contain the necessary arrestors with
proper mounting hardware for the various antenna configurations. Contact
your local Motorola representative for these OEM kits.
Several RF attenuators are needed at a site to ensure proper receive
adjustments. The attenuators are used at the LNA sites to offset the excess
gain from the Tower Top amplifiers, to balance the receive path, and to
attenuate the BMR signal path. Use the following specifications when
choosing vendors:
1 dB increments

0.5 dB accuracy or better

800 MHz systems – requires attenuator specification to include

896-901 MHz range
