Resetting license information
1.
Log in as the OS administrator.
2.
Run regedit.exe.
3.
Delete the following registry key data.
Key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sony\CollaborationSystem]
Name: License
Backing up/restoring the address book
You can back up and restore the address book used for video conferencing if the video
conferencing option is activated.
The address book is stored in the following location.
C:\Sony\CollaborationSystem\Config\contacts.xml
Back up the address book using the same procedure described in "Backing up/restoring
settings" (page 57).

If an Error Occurs

Launching the Task Manager

If the Vision Exchange GUI becomes unresponsive or the application freezes, you can perform
maintenance operations by launching the Task Manager using the following procedure.
Main Unit
1.
Connect a USB keyboard to the main unit.
2.
Enter "visi0n 3xchange" (0 and 3 are numbers) and press the Enter key.
The Task Manager appears.
Notes
If it is the OS that freezes, the above procedure cannot be used.
On the main unit, keyboard shortcuts, such as the Windows button and Ctrl+Alt+Delete,
are set to disabled in order to hide Windows functions. To enable these keyboard shortcuts
for service/maintenance or other purposes, use the following procedure.
1.
Launch the Task Manager.
2.
Open the [Services] tab.
3.
Select and right-click the [MsKeyboardFilter] service.
4.
Click [Stop] in the context menu.
After performing service/maintenance, disable the keyboard shortcuts again.
