Select whether to put the unit into maintenance mode with only front
panel operation.
OFF (OPEN): Operation disabled.
ON (CLOSE): Operation enabled.
OFF(OPEN): Enables the write of data in BANK3.
ON(CLOSE): Disables the write of data in BANK3.
