5 Diagnosing and Rectifying Faults
Meaning
The PSU is not
functioning
correctly.
The PSU has no
power input or is
faulty.
The PSU is
operating
properly.
● The power
supply is
normal.
● The input is
overvoltage or
undervoltage.
The PSU is being
upgraded online.
The input is
normal, but no
power output is
supplied due to
overheat
protection,
overcurrent
protection, short
circuit protection,
output
overvoltage
protection, or
some component
failures.
Diagnosis
1. Check whether
the PSU is
functioning
correctly.
2. If the PSU is
functioning
correctly, check
whether the
external power
supply to the
PSU is
functioning
correctly.
Check whether
the power cable is
connected
properly.

Do not reseat a

Check whether

power supply to
