Cause
The speed controller autot-
une routine did not com-
plete successfully.
The drive was stopped be-
fore the autotune routine
finished.
The drive was started but
was not ready to follow the
autotune command.
Required torque reference
could not be reached before
the drive reached maximum
speed.
Motor could not acceler-
ate/decelerate to maxim-
um/minimum speed.
Motor could not decelerate
with full autotune torque.
A fault is about to be
autoreset.
Emergency stop (mode se-
lection off2) command.
Emergency stop (mode se-
lection off1 or off3) com-
mand.
Start delay is active and the
drive will start the motor
after a predefined delay.
The Safe torque off function
was active and has been
reset while in Override.

What to do
Check the auxiliary code (format
XXXX YYYY). "YYYY" indicates the
problem (see actions for each code
below).
Repeat autotune until successful.
Make sure the prerequisites of the
autotune run are fulfilled.
See section Before activating the
autotune routine (page 46) in firmware
manual.
Decrease torque step (parameter
25.38) or increase speed step (25.39).
Increase torque step (parameter
25.38) or decrease speed step
(25.39).
Decrease torque step (parameter

Informative warning.
Check that it is safe to continue oper-
ation. Then return emergency stop
push button to normal position. Re-
start drive.
