When this LED lights, it indicates the RESET state.
Pressing S8001 can manually activate RESET.

Indicates whether the CN201 (DEBUG Ethernet) commu-
nication speed is 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps.
OFF : 10 Mbps
ON : 100 Mbps
