31: Failed actuation
32: Control limits pro-

33: Failed open loop
tuning
45: P gain below limit

Presumed Cause
The transducer block is not in
manual mode.
If POSITION_LIMITS in enabled
autotune is rejected.
Another process is started and
running.
Supply pressure reading is
incorrect.
Supply pressure is not sufficient
for spring range.
The search for optimal tuning
parameters was unsuccessful.
The span of rotation angle is
incorrect or the 50% position
deviation from the horizontal
level is too large.
The valve hysteresis is large.
Remedy
Change the target mode of
the Transducer block to
Man.
Disable the limits and posi-
tion limits parameter (Posi-
tion.Limits_Limits_
Protected) for duration of
Autotune.
Wait until the process
finishes or cancel.
Adjust supply pressure.
If there is nothing wrong
with the air supply pressure
and piping, contact the
nearest service station or
representative office.
1. Redo autotune and
change aggressiveness.
2. Select one of the fine tun-
ing parameters and redo
tuning.
3. Manually tune.
Correct the installation and
try auto tuning again.
Carry out manual tuning.
