1. Castle nut
2. Split pin
3) Bend split pin as shown in figure.
4) After installing wheels, lower vehicle and tighten wheel nuts to
specified torque.
5) Check that proper amount of toe-in is obtained. (Refer to
FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT.)
6) After confirming proper amount of toe-in, tighten tie rod end lock
nut to specified torque.
Tightening Torque
