Fixed frequency mode - Bit 1

Fixed frequencies can be selected in three different modes. Parameter P1017 defines the mode of selection
Bit 1.
Possible Settings:
1 Direct selection
2 Direct selection + ON command
3 Binary coded selection + ON command
