Maintenance

The Maintenance pane allows you to set the way in which
Lamps are used and to Reset Lamp Timer(s) following a
lamp replacement.
CAUTION: When replacing/handling the lamp(s)
observe manufacturer's recommendations and procedures.
Xenon arc lamps could burst when not in operation
causing serious injuries! It is critical to follow safety
instructions when handling Xenon arc lamps.
Settings available on the
Maintenance screen apply
globally to the projector
and, unlike Functions,
cannot be changed based
on the Show.
Changing settings found
on the Maintenance
screen should be done
with care as these can
effect Lamp usage and
reset the Lamp Hours
information. Lamp Hours
should be carefully
tracked to insure that the
maximum number of
hours are not exceeded.
Exceeding the maximum
number of hours can result in failure of the Lamp
envelope.
To access Maintenance, tap Menu and then tap
Maintenance. The Maintenance screen appears.
Settings available on the Maintenance screen are;

• Lamp Select

Lamp A or Lamp B or A/B combined (manual)
• Auto
Projector determines which lamp will be used.

In the Lamp Select group you can select the way in which
the two projection lamps are utilized during system
operation.

Single Lamp Mode
In Single Lamp mode you manually select a single lamp to
be used as the source of illumination. Either of the two
lamps can be selected as long as the selected lamp does not
exceed the lamp operating life.
To select one of the two lamps as the single source of
illumination, tap Menu, tap Maintenance, and then tap
either "A" or "B" to select the respective Lamp as the
current single source of illumination.
Lamp A/B Mode
In Lamp A/B mode you manually select to have both
lamps operated simultaneously as the source of
