Corrective action
• Install a usable module.
• The intelligent function module/special
function module is experiencing a
hardware fault. Please consult your local
Mitsubishi representative.
• Connect an applicable module.
• Reset the CPU module and run it again. If
the same error code is displayed again, the
cause is a hardware failure of the CPU
module, I/O module, intelligent function
module, END cover, branch module, or
extension module. Please consult your
local Mitsubishi representative.
• Mount modules on the available slots so
that the empty slots will be located on the
right-hand side of the CPU module.
• Remove the modules mounted on the left
of the High Performance model QCPU or
Process CPU. Mount a High Performance
model QCPU or Process CPU on those
slots. Mount the motion CPU on the right-
hand side of the High Performance model
QCPU/Process CPU.
Remove the unusable module from the
extension base unit.
Remove the A/QnA series module that
cannot be used.
• Change the intelligent function module for
the one compatible with the multiple CPU
system (function version B).
• Change the setting of the control CPU of
the intelligent function module incompatible
with the multiple CPU system to CPU No.1.
