When the monitor panel is opened
o Monitor
• The touch panel operations are available.
; Slides the monitor panel forward/backward.
a • Changes the angle of the monitor panel.
• Adjusts the brightness of the monitor when
the adjustment bar is displayed.
• Adjusts the picture from the external
components when "Picture Menu" is displayed.
Display window
1 Main display (See below.)
2 Lights up when Local Tuning for FM is
activated. (☞ page 12)
3 Lights up when Loudness is activated. (☞
page 40)
To change the information on the main display:
On the unit:

Available display information varies according to the
playback source.
• Each time you press the button, the information
on the main display changes to show the various
information.

s • "TUNER/DISC/USB/SD/iPod": Displays the
current station/track information on the
monitor.
• Displays the brightness adjustment bar or
"Picture Menu" if pressed and held.

4 Lights when receiving an FM stereo broadcast
with sufficient signal strength.
• When the monitor panel is opened, the display
window turns off.
Ex.: For CD Text
Track number/playing time
Track title scrolls.
