Step 12: Enable OS Boot Monitoring Function

When necessary for system operation, enable the "OS Boot Monitoring" setting which has been
disabled in "Step 3: Disable OS Boot Monitoring Function" (page 4-7) and set appropriate time
(default is 10 min.).
