1.01 INS (In Service) Command
Description
Changes the status of the target device ,shelf,

The status of the specified devices (she?. card,
port, station) should be "OUS" or "FAULT.'
When you change the status of a lower device
(port, station) to "INS," the upper device [shelf,
card) should be changed to "INS" status
beforehand.
If you try to change the lower device (port,
station) status to "INS" while upper device (shelf,
card) is in "OUS" status, the error message
"Invalid Status" appears on the screen.
When you change the status of an upper device,
the status of lower devices changes as follows.
