Error occurred in the access of the control path.
aaa...a : IP address
bbbbb : Port number
ccc...c : Function number
ddd : Seconds of time out
ee-ffff : Detail information (This code isn't disorder reason but a value
for maintenance.)
Check the status of the disk array, and remove the cause of failure. Restart the
monitoring manually if necessary.
