ERROR
SCSI I/O error has occurred.
A failure may be occurring in connection with disk array. Check status of
FC-AL connection and then retry processing. If no problems are found in status
of FC-AL connection, check that a special file or physical disk exists for the
specified volume, and access is permitted. Then retry processing.

SCSI open error occurred.
Check that the user with the access right to the volume exists or that the disk
number corresponding to the specified volume exists, and execute it again.

Check that the user with the access right to the volume exists or that the disk
number corresponding to the specified volume exists, and execute it again.
