Refuse to Receive a
Call While Away
You can set refusal to receive a call while you are away.
In order to use this function, you need to set
service function on the PBX side in
advance.
For details, contact your system administra-
tor.

Check 'At the leave seat, refusal is set

Now, the setting is made.
You want to clear the setting:
Remove the check on 'At the leave seat,
refusal is set effective only arrival of refusal
exists' in Step 3.
Selecting Absent Rea-
son
You can popup the reason of absence on the other per-
son's member display only when Softphone is not
started or PC is turned off.
This setting is effective only when you use the optional
presence server function.
