Using Application Shar-
ing
You can make operations with the same application dis-
played at the same time on each other's PC while mak-
ing a call.
For example, when you open a document prepared by
Microsoft Word and share the application, Application
Sharing window is displayed on the other person's PC
and the same Word file is opened. You and the other
person can directly write into the document.
Application sharing operation is available while you are
speaking with the other person.

Speaking with someone.
Tell him or her that you will share the application.

Start the application you want to share.
The other person waits for a while. He or she
doesn't have to make any operation.

Click
(Application Sharing Button).
Application Sharing Panel is displayed.

Click
(Application Sharing But-
ton).
After 'NetMeeting is being Initialized' screen is
displayed, 'Sharing - Nothing' screen is dis-
played.
The application running on your PC is displayed
in 'Share Programs' column.

Click the application you want to
share.
When selecting 'Desktop', you can share all the
applications.
You want to add an applica-
tion name to 'Share Pro-
grams' column:
When you start the application you
want to add, it is added automatically.
