You can copy the following Function But-
ton in addition to an Extension Button.
• Voice mail operation Button (starting
recording and replaying)
• Call forward-All Calls Button
* Your system administrator allocates the
Function Button to Function Key panel.
For details, contact your system adminis-
trator.
You want to cancel the copied but-
ton:
Right-click the button you want to cancel
and click [Delete] from the displayed menu.
Function Key Panel
Extension numbers and service functions set in the PBX
side are allocated here.
When an extension number is allocated, the extension
number is displayed.
You can change the displayed button name or the popup
displayed when the cursor is placed on it.
