After 'NetMeeting is being initialized' is dis-
played, the white board is displayed.

Operate on the white board with each
other.
If either of you click
the white board is ended.
And you can continue speaking with the other person.
You want to save the contents on
the white board:
Each of you can save the contents created
on the white board at using or after using
the white board.
Click in the order of [File]
to save it.
When you end the call while oper-
ating on white board:
The white board sharing is cleared upon the
end of the call.
Both of you should click
board to close it.
Explanations of Icons
How to use each icon is as follows:
: Used to select and move a drawn illustration and so on.
: Used to select and delete a drawn illustration and so on.
: Used to enter characters.
: Used to draw a freehand line.
on the white board,
[Save As...]

: Used to draw a line with a marker.
: Used to draw a straight line.
: Used to draw a square.

: Used to move the page on which images will be drawn.

: Goes to the page previous to the current

: Displays the number of the page currently in
use.
: Adds pages in which drawing is possible.
You can add up to 9 pages.

You can send a file while speaking with other person.
